Pulled Beef Brisket & Orange Jicama Crunch Wrap

When you are feeling a bit frazzled, this wrap is a good option to boost your intake of B and C vitamins, magnesium, potassium, and oleic acid which all help to relieve the physiological effects of stress.
- 1 each Whole wheat tortilla
- 2 oz. Front Range Pulled Brisket (separate recipe)
- 2 oz. Jicama & Orange Salad (separate recipe)
- 1 oz. Slice avocado
- Roll first three ingredients up in the tortilla.
- Serve with (optional) hot sauce on the side.
- Take 3 big breaths, Enjoy!
