Asian Red Cabbage Slaw

Asian Red Cabbage Slaw Recipe

This cool, crisp salad makes a great bed for spicy Asian meat satays.
Ingredients
  • 1 Tbls. Sesame oil
  • 1 Tbls. Canola oil
  • 2 Tbls. Rice Wine Vinegar
  • 1 Tbls. Minced fresh ginger
  • 1 Tbls. Minced fresh garlic
  • 2 tsp. Soy Sauce, low sodium
  • 2 cups Napa cabbage, shredded
  • 3 cups Red cabbage, shredded
  • 1 cup Fresh mung bean sprouts
  • 1 each Red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 4 Tbls. Sesame seeds
Instructions
  1. In a bowl combine sesame oil, canola oil, vinegar, ginger, garlic, and soy sauce. Whisk to blend into a dressing.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and toss until vegetables are evenly coated with the dressing.
